Inspired by the colours and textures of the seashore on an evening walk in the summer.

This delightful pendant features a handmade fine silver "button" which has been given a pattern inside that leads the eye towards a dyed light pink fresh water pearl. Sitting next to the pearl is a fine silver heart that has a seashell pattern imprinted on the heart. Dangling between the heart and the button is a denim blue dyed fresh water pearl. The chain and lobster clasp are sterling silver.

Sea Shore Pendant

This pendant was inspired by the wonderful patterns you find on sea shells found on beaches while on holiday.

This delightful pendant features five individual little charms two fresh water pearls one smaller than the other, as well as three hand made fine silver charms. The largest of the fine silver charms is a 1.5cm x 1.4cm heart that has the texture of a shell imprinted onto the surface. Just above the heart there is a 0.9cm x 0.8cm disc which has been imprinted with a sea urchin shell. The third disc measures 0.7cm x 0.6cm and has been given a shell texture. On the back of all three of the fine silver charms have a fingerprint on the back, the charms have been oxidised to emphasize the patterns. The chain is sterling silver.

Shell Patterned Heart, Button with White and Blue Pearls Pendant

This pendant had been inspired by walks along local beaches, the blue and white pearls representing the colours seen in the sea and sky. When walking along beaches I will always pick up interesting stones and shells which sometimes become incorporated into my pieces, like the heart on this pendant.

This lovely pendant features consists of two hand crafted fine silver charms and two fresh water pearls, one white and one dyed blue. The largest charm measures 1.5cm x 1.4cm and is a heart shape which has been imprinted with a shell texture. The second charm is a little shape that I call a button which has a patterned surface and the small white pearl sits in this "button". The chain is a sterling silver snake chain.

Cavern Pendant

I liked the idea of piece of jewellery that was not flat but a form that you look into, much like a cave where you can discover something inside, in this case the pearls are like something growing or formed over many years inside the walls of the cave. With my fine silver forms I use precious metal clay which allows me use the material in the same way as clay which is wonderful for creating organic forms, ideal for this piece.

This unique piece features a hand formed fine silver hollow "cave" that hase been oxidised to emphasize the outer texture as well as creating the illusion of depth within the "cave". Inside there are 14 fresh water pearls to give an extra element of interest. The chain and clasp are sterling silver.

Little Cavern Necklace

Reverse Star Necklace with Pearls

I loved the idea of a piece of jewellery that could be worn two ways experimenting with form and texture. This piece was also designed to be simple and elegant, an everyday piece that you could where dressed up or casual.

This delightful necklace features a decorated handmade Fine silver disc which on one side has a small 9 carat gold star soldered onto a raised circle. On the other side of the disc a 9 carat gold star has been melted into the fine silver surface to create a almost liquid look. Attached to the disc are tiny little pearls finished off with 2 tuquoise beads and a sterling silver clasp and 15mm extender chain at the end of which is another turquoise bead.

Bird and Button Pendant

I loved the idea of creating an everyday piece of jewellery that would be made all the more special by small hand made charms teamed together with simple complimentary colours. 

This delightlful little pendant features a hand crafted fine silver bird (1.3cm x 0.5cm) and a hand crafted fine silver button with a dark green tourmaline in the centre, the button measures 1cm x 1cm. The pendant also features a large fresh water drop pearl and three amzonites. The sterling silver chain is 41cmm in length.

Garnet Disc Necklace with Garnets and Labradorite

This bracelet was inspired by Roman jewellery and art, and creating those inspirations into something beautiful and contemporary. I also love to play around with colour combinations and love the twinkly dark red faceted garnets with the smooth grey labradorite that illuminates shades of blue.

 

This wonderful necklace features a 0.5cm garnet set onto a decorative hand made fine silver disc. Strung from the disc there are labradorite buttons and farceted garnets leading to a sterling silver clasp.
